About the Role:

As the Employment Services Area Manager, you are responsible for leading your Employment Services Area and the sites within it. You will embed trauma-informed leadership and recovery-oriented practice to support, motivate and develop your teams to deliver exceptional services in line with the service delivery model and Deed requirements.

You will provide case and operational supervision, upskill staff on client-related matters, and drive continuous improvement across your area. You will also build strong relationships with local community organisations to support registrations, referrals and access to appropriate services, helping participants achieve recovery goals and sustainable outcomes.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing, motivating and supporting teams within a disability employment service

• Experience with complex case management

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and employers

• Experience in forecasting and reporting monthly

• Experience within a leadership role

Qualification and Other Requirements:

• Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

• Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)

• Minimum certificate 4 in mental health, or willingness to work towards.
