Salary Band: A$92,286.48 - A$99,294.52 + Super

About the Role:

As the Mental Health Project Officer, you’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of high-quality mental health services across Sonders’ Mental Health portfolio. You’ll play a key role in monitoring data and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

You’ll also provide high-level executive support to leadership meetings across the Mental Health portfolio, helping to ensure effective coordination, reporting and follow-through on key priorities.

*This location is flexible between the Kids Hub Marion GP Plus, and the Playford Health Hub.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience working in a health care service, preferably within mental health.

• Experience using client management systems, BI reports and SharePoint, with experience training others desirable.

• Demonstrated experience in data collection, performance monitoring, reporting and quality improvement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, agencies and the broader community.

• Experience providing administrative and executive support for meetings.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, exercise initiative and use sound judgement.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism when managing sensitive information.

Qualification and Other Requirements:

• Tertiary level qualifications relating to public health, physical health, or mental health are required. Other tertiary level qualifications may be considered where a strong understanding of mental health services can be demonstrated.

• Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

• Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
