About the Role:
The Support Services Officer at Kids Hub provides high-quality front-of-house and administrative support, ensuring efficient service delivery for children aged 0–12 years and their families. This role supports the multidisciplinary team and contributes to a welcoming, confidential, and culturally safe environment.
Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
Experience working in a child-friendly setting.
Experience in the delivery of effective and proficient client-focussed administrative and front of house support within a medical or allied health setting.
Experience in dealing with a high demand of enquiries, particularly enquires of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Experience in the provision of high level, professional and courteous customer service.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
Certificate level in Business Administration or similar, desirable but not essential
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
Employment is subject to compliance with Sonder’s Immunisation Policy. Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, all vaccinations and immunisations required for the role.
