About the Role:
The IEA Support Service Officer is a vital member of the team, responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the site. This role supports a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for participants, employers, and visitors. Working closely with Career Coaches, the ESA Manager, and the wider IEA team, the IEA Support Service Officer provides high-quality administrative and customer service support. The role contributes to fostering a culture of care, respect, and empowerment, ensuring every participant experiences a positive, respectful, and professional service.
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or reception role, preferably in a health, community, or employment services setting.
Experience managing front desk or customer-facing duties, including greeting visitors and handling enquiries.
Experience maintaining electronic and paper-based records accurately and securely.
Experience coordinating appointments, meetings, or events in a professional environment.
Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and communication systems to support service delivery.
Experience working collaboratively within a team to achieve organisational goals and deliver high-quality client service.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
Current or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening
Certificate III or IV, Diploma, or tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (desirable but not required)
